Hi Everyone! I'm Jeremy Sumpter, actor, and activist to end extreme global poverty. I became involved with One Village One World to help fight poverty in the world. The great thing about this program is that it works! It is amazing when these villages become self-sufficient. Each person that helps can not only change the life of another person, but an entire village. With the start-up assistance they receive from Millennium Promise, things like medical supplies and clean water can make the difference between life and death. We can change the world. Please join us!

Hi! I’m Danielle Ryan, Spokesperson and co-founder of One Village One World. I am a Junior at James Madison College, Michigan State University.

I have spent countless hours in community service since I was very young and believe in helping those in need. After learning about the amazing project of Millennium Promise (MP) and the brilliant work of its co-founder, Professor Jeff Sachs, I wanted to be involved.

Along with our co-founders, I spent an incredible week visiting villages in Africa. I saw how this plan is transforming villages from extreme poverty to self-sufficiency. These wonderful people have almost nothing but are so proud to show us how hard they are willing to work with the start-up assistance they receive from MP. It was an experience that has changed my life and I am so excited to speak out to our generation to rally the support needed to end extreme global poverty.

We continued our Africa visit in the Maasai Mara and have remained in contact with the Cowell family who operate the Wildland Conservation Trust. OVOW is now helping to support this organization by offering the handcrafted beadwork by the women in their village of Empopongi, Kenya. By purchasing this beautiful jewelry you will be providing this village with a path to self-sufficiency. To learn more please visit our Empopongi Campaign.

Please visit Our Store and show your support by wearing OVOW necklace, hats, and shirts, and our Maasai Store for handmade jewelry for the village of Empopongi, Kenya.

Thank you for your support and being a part of changing history, one village at a time.
